Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries except (North Korea, Iran, Russia, Cuba, Suda, Syria, Crimea). Shipping rates will vary depending on the destination country and the size/weight of the package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ari&Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages

Ari&Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.


Refund Policy
Returns

Our policy lasts 1 day. If 1 day have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ariart.shop and send your item to: Rruga Adrian Krasniqi, Prishtine 10000 Kosovo.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to: Rruga Adrian Krasniqi, Prishtine 10000 Kosovo.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
