How long will my order take?

Production period depends on the dress. Shipping takes 2- 5 bussines days

Is it possible to rent a dress?

We don’t offer dresses for rent

Is the product see-through?

The product is see-through, but we will add lining under it. We offer different types of lining or complete (whole) lining. We can also add the underlining accordingly to your skin tone.

What is your price range?

420€-1500€

If the dress does not fit, then what?

The dress will be made completely according to the exact body measurements you will send to us and it will also be double-checked before shipping it.

Can I make alterations to the dress?

Yes, you can make alterations to the dress, but the price might change. Please keep in mind that some alterations cannot be done, so we will need to consult with our managers to confirm if they can be done or not and how much they would cost.

Can the dress be made in another color? Will that affect the price?

Yes, dresses can be made in other colors and the price varies on the product. Please contact one of our sales agents if you want any alternations done to the dress.

Can I make the payment after I recieve the dress?

To place an order you need to have at least the half of payment and the rest when the dress is ready before shipping.

Do I have to pay taxes?

We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred on your order.
